Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing time.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and process a full refund including original shipping fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the refund has not been processed. Some payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after checking with your financial institution, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please have your order number and refund confirmation email ready when contacting us about a missing refund.
